What is the return and refund policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase.
If this isn't the case, buyers have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return at littlecapyco@gmail.com. We will not offer returns after 7 days from delivery.
Returned items must be in unused condition with original tags and securely packaged. The buyer must organise and pay for postage on any returns. Upon the safe receipt of the returned items, refund will be issued.
In the case of orders lost or damaged in transit, buyers will receive a full refund.
When will I get my order?
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days (not including public holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders will be shipped with EVRI, £2.99 for UK standard delivery.
